It happens often; your damaged jewellery ends up in a drawer and is no longer being enjoyed anymore. At Magpie we want you to wear your jewellery. At Magpie we have the experience and knowledge to present you all your options. It is also important to have your jewellery inspected, especially gem set jewellery at the settings are extra vulnerable to wear which could lead to loss of valuable diamonds and gemstones. Estimates, checking and cleaning are always complimentary at Magpie.

In most cases our knowledgable staff can give you ballpark estimates immediately in store. Once your piece is in the goldsmith's hands, you will be contacted with a more precise estimate if needed. A soon as we get your go-ahead, our certified and experienced goldsmiths will start on your repair. You will be contacted as soon as your piece is ready, usually within 1 to 2 weeks.

In addition, with the purchase of a piece from our Magpie Signature collection and our line of custom jewellery we offer a jewellery care program, where we will invite you to bring your jewellery for an inspection on a yearly basis.
